Does MapsBoxs work for any US city or state?
Yes. Roads, regions, incident types, severity levels and AI vocabulary are configured in the admin tools, so it fits a single city or an entire state network.
What kinds of reports can the AI understand?
Plain-English messages about crashes, closures, construction, hazards and congestion, including highway names, directions, lanes, exits and cross streets. Admins can extend the vocabulary.
What happens when crews lose signal?
The apps are offline-first: reports, photos and messages are queued on the device and synced automatically once the connection returns.
Can we publish the apps under our own brand?
Yes. The white-label option ships the apps with your name, logo and colors under your own App Store and Google Play accounts.
