FAQ

Pricing questions

Something else? Ask our team

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in and view incidents, but creating and editing is paused until you move to a paid plan. Contact us and we will switch your workspace to the plan you choose.

What counts as an API call?

Each authenticated request to the public API at /v1 counts as one call, whichever endpoint it hits. Usage is tracked per calendar month and shown in the console. When a plan's monthly quota is used up, the API returns 429 quota_exceeded until the next month or an upgrade.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Contact us when you want to move up or down and we will change your workspace to the new plan.

Who owns our data?

You do. Incidents, tokens and team data belong to your organization. See the Terms for details.

Can we run MapsBox on our own infrastructure?

Enterprise includes on-premises deployment or a source license, as well as a white-label option so the driver app carries your name. Talk to sales.
